Milestone

I just wanted to report that my son slept from 10 pm till 5:30 am last night. Way to go little guy! I, on the other hand, got up every hour after 2 am to check on him to make sure he was still ok. Also to pump my bazooms. I suppose I'll never sleep through the night as long as I'm nursing him. Stupid nature.

  1. Oh the joys of nursing. I remember them well. Sooo glad they are behind me now. Good luck to you! It does get better after about 6 months though! :)

  3. 7 hours! Way to go! Yeah, it is unfortunate when your child is sleeping, but you still have to get up to pump. It will eventually all even out and your body will figure out that it can stop loading up at night. But I realize that news doesn't help you feel any less tired right now...

  4. That is seriously an awesome milestone! When my oldest slept through the night the first time I swear I called up everyone I knew AND mentioned it to the UPS guy, the grocery clerk, and anyone else who would listen:). That's amazing! COngratulations!
I'm so glad you found me. I wondered when you were going to start blogging now that you have endless material:). Your house is gorgeous!! Your mom did a great job with the paint. And that baby is so delicious I want to eat him up. I'll be keeping in touch! I love you, Cindy!

  5. Maybe I will finally call you back while I am engorged at 2 am too. I have been a little tired and grumpy still and waiting to put aside a large amount of quality time to talk to you. Well, that has yet to happen. You know, feed, burp, poop. That's just Carl. I have the other kids too. I will call you in a few days after our company leaves. Your house, baby, everything looks awesome. I can't wait to catch up. And yes, arrangements can be made for Mary and Christian.
